Changing is learning and learning is a mixture of action, reflection, exploring new depths, experimentation and experiencing. Realising or testing new ideas is often more difficult than hoped for or expected. So many factors play a role in this process. And what is the role of all those involved? We have developed tools for the various stages in the change process aimed in particular at involving people in the changes, creating support and uncovering hidden agendas.
